    Osugi Sakae est né en 1885 dans une famille de militaires en poste en divers endroits de la province japonaise. Enfant très sensible et turbulent, il est expulsé à l’âge de 16 ans d’une école des cadets de l’armée de terre à la suite d’une bagarre.
